Our paper and cardboard come from FSC-certified materials, tied to responsibly managed forests. We scope FSC claims per material, so we make the claim only for materials that actually carry the certification. When we mention sustainable packaging materials, we mean paper and cardboard with FSC certification on file, not the finished product.
FDA-Compliant Materials
For food contact, we offer FDA-compliant materials where applicable, according to the finish. Some coatings and finishes can affect compliance, so it depends on the specific product. As with FSC, compliance applies to the materials, not automatically to the finished product.
Recyclable & Eco-Friendly Materials
Our paper and cardboard materials can be part of recyclable and eco-friendly packaging, described carefully and honestly. We call something eco-friendly packaging materials only when the material itself supports it, such as FSC-certified paper and cardboard. We do not make absolute environmental claims, and we do not describe our products as biodegradable, compostable, or 100% sustainable.
To keep everything accurate: our certifications and compliance apply to the raw materials, or mean they meet specific standards, not automatically to every finished product, and finishes can affect what we can claim. Microcorrugated cardboard is excluded from both FSC and FDA certification claims.

Paper and cardboard packaging built to your specs, from 1,000 units to large volumes. FSC claims are made only for materials that carry the certification.
